I absolutely loved the calm and relaxing atmosphere provided by the adult-only wellness and silent wellness area of the hotel, along with the large terrace offering a beautiful view. However, the overall appearance may give the impression of a 3-star hotel.
The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to the river Tisa and offering easy access to a variety of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. On the downside, the dining experience could be improved with a wider selection of breakfast choices. The hotel offers great value for money, but there are occasional inconveniences like unexpected wake-up calls.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic with clean and comfortable rooms, very kind and efficient Front Office staff, and a great location on the Island for relaxation. The dining experience offered a good selection of dishes for different diets, but could have more variety. The facilities were top-notch and overall, the value for money was excellent.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms, however, access to the Aquapark is not free for hotel guests. The Aquapark, especially the slides area, provides thrilling experiences.
